I’m a teenager. What are some quick & ways to lose a few pounds? I mean I know about exercising and eating healthy, but what else can I do? What worked for you?

chicken, chicken and more chicken. fruits, veggies. watch your fat intake. exsercise. do something enjoyable like roller blading, biking, whatever you like. a good stomach exercise would be crunches and for your lower tummy lie flat on your back and keep your legs together, and lift them about 2-3 inches off the ground and see how long you can hold them up..you’ll feel it working

seems like you are pretty serious about this. you’re doing great. determination, but the only problem is the pill part. losing weight a natural way, isn’t going to include pills. AT ALL. pills are scams. you’d be better off buying a vitamin pill or drinking a glass of calcium enriched orange juice. lmao. seriously. if you keep doing what your doing. you’l get there. there are no short cuts. plain and . sorry.

The best and easiest way to lose weight is to start running. It is especially for the legs and thighs. Because you want to target your thighs specifically, you could do some toning excercises in your room also. Lunges and squats are for your thigh and leg area. You should be running about 2-3 times per week and toning as much as you can, try to do it every day. But, if you really want to lose weight, excercising isn’t enough. You have to start eating right too. First, start cutting down on portions. Even if you feel a little bit hungry after your meal, stop, beause once your food has digested i garauntee you that you will feel full. You also have to stop eating crap. Eat , real food, not food stuffed with artificial chemicals and sugar. Glucose-fructose is a killer. You might want to go grocery shopping yourself so that you can pick really foods. But beware all the “ food” that is really just full of crap so that it will be lower calorie. You have to also start reading the nutrition facts about things you eat. You don’t have to start counting calories or anything, but reading the label can be a huge eye-opener. You could start cutting back on meat too, especially red meat. Order a chicken burger instead of a cheeseburger if you must get fast food. This will be hard, but hang in there and remember your goal.

DO NOT FAST! I’ve just started a diet and yes, the first couple of days are hard but you get used to it, trust me :)

Make sure you eat breakfast, even if it’s just fruit..
salad for lunch, make it a bit more exciting by having cubes of cheese/croutons/ham strips
try not to snack, only on fruit so make sure you have a constant supply

you’ll get used to not snacking, then it’s so easy..4 pounds in a week!

stay on your prenatals and just eat healthy it will be good for you and your baby I stuck to fruits for snacks and portion controls but make sure to keep taking prenatals
